He was very informative when I needed the information but also allowed me the time to inspect the different vehicles he had on offer. My wife and I were searching for a bigger car to accommodate our growing family. We found Pacific Cars via TradeMe. We met with Sam at the car yard, he was friendly and allowed us to take our time to look around the cars, when we wanted more information we went to the office to have a chat. There was no pressure or sales pitch he just answered all the questions we had. My wife and I took the car on a good test drive to heat up the engine and road test on the highway. The sales process was every easy, we had requested a few upgrades including a touch screen head unit to replace the Japanese radio and an extra key. All of this was organised by Sam with his auto electrician. A few days after having receiving the car, I had noticed a lose wire down by the drivers pedals. I tucked it back up under the dashboard plastic. Later that morning the warning lights appears on the dashboard. We were shopping and about 5 minutes away from Pacific Cars we called Sam and explained what had happened, he told us to drive to him and he would have a look. On arrival Sam thought a fuse might have blown. He said he would sort it straight away and took the car to his auto electrician. We waited at the office. 20 mins later Sam returned and a blown fuse had been replaced. The lose wire was from the old head unit which the auto electrician hadn't tidied up and it caused a short. This had been rectified at no cost to us. It's fair to say we were super impressed with the way Sam responded to the issue that happened with the car, no complaints he just got it fixed and returned with a smile on his face and apologised for why it had occurred. We've had the car for approx 5 months and we are really happy with it. We would recommend Pacific Cars and Sam if you need help looking for your next car. Thank you Sam, keep up the good work!
